- @Fish bowl: To make it work one can make t:lang the outer layer:
{{lang|ja|{{ruby|[巡](じゅん)[礼](れい)[者](しゃ)の[守](しゅ)[護](ご)[霊](れい)}}}}. There is a shortcut for this{{ruby/ja|[巡](じゅん)[礼](れい)[者](しゃ)の[守](しゅ)[護](ご)[霊](れい)}}. - The reason is that mod:languages now has many additional text-processing codes that may break the
