Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wiktionary. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the beer parlour or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome!

By the way, I see the redirect on your user page. To link to the English Wikipedia from here, which is what I think you meant to do, use [[w: ]], but please just put a link, not a redirect. The redirect between wikis is bad form, and it may not even work. --Dvortygirl 17:00, 5 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. --Ezeu 03:26, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Transwiki

edit

Hello,

Please do not "transwiki" neologisms in that manner, as they rarely meet Wiktionary's criteria. If unsure, then let User:TheProject transwiki it properly, all in good time. Thanks!
