Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wiktionary. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wiktionarian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk (discussion) and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to one of the discussion rooms or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! --EncycloPetey 23:41, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

IPA

edit

If you don't read IPa, then it's probably best not to add IPA pronunciations. I've see you add three IPA pronunciations, and all three were incorrect. --EncycloPetey 23:41, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

multiple translations

edit

Did you know that you can prepare multiple translations of a word, and just press "save changes" once when you have done them all - saves a lot of edit processing and logging by the software. SemperBlotto 14:38, 26 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Careful

edit

The Esperanto translation of Quebec is Kebekio. Please be careful when adding translations. Thanks, Razorflame 02:54, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
