Wiktionary talk:Foreign Word of the Day/2012/November 10

How should the geminate g of the Gothic text be transliterated? I imagine that it follows the Greek manner of expressing the nasal velar, such as in αγγελος, and so it would still be best transliterated as angilus. Does anyone know better?
