   • 1955, Aircraft, volume 34, page 30:

     For the investor, the indications are that the shares of soundly managed important airframe makers are the best current aircraft industry buys for long term lockaways.

   • 1997, Investors Chronicle, volume 122, numbers 1548-1558, page 62:

     He thinks investment trusts should be viewed as long-term lockaways, which can be held almost indefinitely, so he steers clear of more aggressively managed trusts.
