A user has added this entry to requests for verification(+) with the reason: “I created this entry based the spelling found in modern researches, but it seems like this word didn't survive until Vietnamese started to be written down in the Latin script, so the natural transmission was no longer there. While the existence of this lemma is not in doubt (there're a few attestations of 能蔑 (the second element is một (one)) in Nguyễn Trãi's poems), the pronunciation presented in this entry very much is. Even if it's used in modern linguistic researches, it's no more than a reconstruction. Maybe this can be converted to a corresponding entry at with a note that the pronunciation is actually only speculative?”
If it cannot be verified that this term meets our attestation criteria, it will be deleted. Feel free to edit this entry as normal, but do not remove {{rfv}} until the request has been resolved.
