  1. (reflexive with se) to marry (of man, to take a wife)
    Jejich syn se oženil se sousedovou dcerou.
    Their son married the neighbour's daughter.
  2. (transitive) to marry (to give away a man as a husband)
    Oženili svého syna se sousedovou dcerou.
    They married their son to the neighbour's daughter.
