Etymology edit

r-slur +‎ -ed. Came into common use on Reddit beginning around 2019 in response to increasing censorship of the words retard and retarded.

  1. (Internet slang, euphemistic) Retarded; extremely stupid or deranged.
    Don't mind my friend; he's a little r-slurred.
