By surface analysis, racka + bajsa (poop) +‎ -are (-er) ("rackapooper"), where racka has no obvious meaning. According to the forum discussion linked in the references, said by language coach Jens Bagge to be from German Rachenbeisser (throat biter) (= Rachen + Beißer).
