What does "hit the bank" mean? Sounds idiomatic: I suppose it relates to money, though it sounds like something an out-of-control vehicle would do. Should the entire phrase be a link, rather than just "bank"? Equinox ◑ 19:19, 20 March 2016 (UTC)

As I wrote in the talk page: is there any source for the existence of this phrase in French?
