These links may help you familiarize yourself with Wiktionary:

• Entry layout (EL) is a detailed policy on Wiktionary's page formatting; all entries must conform to it. The easiest way to start off is to copy the contents of an existing same-language entry, and then adapt it to fit the entry you are creating.
• Check out Language considerations to find out more about how to edit for a particular language.
• Our Criteria for Inclusion (CFI) defines exactly which words can be added to Wiktionary; the most important part is that Wiktionary only accepts words that have been in somewhat widespread use over the course of at least a year, and citations that demonstrate usage can be asked for when there is doubt.
• If you already have some experience with editing our sister project Wikipedia, then you may find our guide for Wikipedia users useful.
• If you have any questions, bring them to Wiktionary:Information desk or ask me on my talk page.
• Whenever commenting on any discussion page, please sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~) which automatically produces your username and timestamp.
• You are encouraged to add a BabelBox to your userpage to indicate your self-assessed knowledge of languages.

There's a lot more to our category infrastructure than you may realize, and we put quite a bit of thought into deciding which language codes to use. The ISO's treatment of Germanic languages is a real mess, so we've had to develop some workarounds there. At any rate, it's never a good idea to assume that we have the wrong code in a category because we just don't know any better.

ksh is the code for Kölsch, a dialect of Ripuarian, which is a set of dialects of Central Franconian. Wikipedia repurposes the code for all Ripuarian, but when we needed a code for all of Central Franconian, discussion at Wiktionary talk:About German#High_German_dialects concluded that we should just construct an exceptional code rather than broaden it ksh even more. - -sche (discuss) 05:51, 23 May 2016 (UTC)

Format

Hi! I undid your change here. The format/structure of Wiktionary entries is pretty rigid, and Wiktionary doesn't use the various different "see also" texts Wikipedia uses; all links just say "see also", in part because there's only one kind of thing that should be linked — entries that are almost identical (usually diacritic and diacritic-less versions of a set of letters, or capitalized and uncapitalized versions, or different codepoints / versions of a certain shape, like here). - -sche (discuss) 05:51, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
