다름 (dareum, “difference; something different; something other”) + —이 (-i, “nominative case marker”) + 아니— (ani-, “to not be”) + —라 (-ra, “conjunctive particle”), literally "It is not something else but..." with the implied meaning of "It's not for some other reason that I'm talking to you, but because..."
