All entries created by anon user 2A02:C7D:BC42:0:804D:AD7C:B36:57F5 (talk), and these are the only entries created by this IP address. All entries look like bogus rubbish. The gloss is at least consistent, given as smokescreen -- however, the Japanese word for that is 煙幕 (enmaku), not either of these terms.

• 重煙 -- the semantics of the spelling break down to heavy + smoke. North of 2.6K hits at google:"重煙"+"は" (adding the "は" to force Japanese hits), but these all appear to be misparsings of longer terms like 二重煙突 (nijū entotsu, “double chimney”), or what seems like neologistic usernames, or just scannos. google books:"重煙"+"は" returns 439 ostensible hits, all of which appear to be scannos.
• 煙重 -- literally smoke + heavy. google:"煙重"+"は" produces 1,770 hits, but again these all seem to be scannos or misparsings.

It's been more than long enough, and these entries were implicated again in consistently-incompetent-UK-anon-edits, as noted at Wiktionary:Requests_for_cleanup#Special:Contributions/2A02:C7D:BC42:0:8000:0:0:0/65.

Ripping these out as garbage.

• 重煙, 煙重, えんじゅう, enjū: Deleted as entirely erroneous.
• じゅうえん: Reworked to replace bogus content with real terms.
• jūen: Kept as a stub to a valid kana spelling.
