Sum of parts. You can put anything in a tart and it become X tart. Mglovesfun (talk) 13:12, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

  1. (Cockney rhyming slang) fart --Rising Sun talk? contributions 13:50, 20 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
The problem with rhyming slang is verification. This one may or may not be as per the entry. I always thought that this was horse and cart or raspberry tart (hence the derived meaning of raspberry) But I suppose any kind of tart would do. Propose this should be moved to RFV. -- ALGRIF talk 14:55, 22 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Support moving to RFV. If the idiomatic meaning passes, replace our current definition with Used other than figuratively or idiomatically: a tart filled with apple. Mglovesfun (talk) 14:57, 22 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Kept and sent to RFV with a note that the literal sense should be deleted if the other is.—msh210 16:42, 22 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Rfv-sense: "fart". (RFDed, but consensus was to keep and send here.) If this sense is deleted, the consensus at WT:RFD#apple_tart was to delete the other sense, "a form of dessert tart flavored with apple".—msh210 16:42, 22 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
