Entry created in error by a bot; cross-country is an uncountable noun (and anyway its plural would be cross-countries). 86.130.177.238 02:25, 15 September 2017 (UTC)

- At the very least cross-country (“a cross-country flight/race/rally”) is countable, with plurals cross-countries (usually) and cross-countrys (alternative form).
- Also seemingly attestable is cross-countrys, also as an alternative form of cross-countries (“a pair of cross-country skis”). DCDuring (talk) 03:18, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
- Also, see cross-countries#Adjective. It's amazing what a little bit of Google Books serching can find out.
- I have made changes to some of the affected entries and added [[cross-countries]]. There are probably some inconsistencies. DCDuring (talk) 03:33, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
