As it is only used as an adverb, hardly even a predicative adjective, it cannot be inflected. Not even jocularly I find “ein hundertproer” or the like. So it’s only an alternative form of hundertprozentig in it’s adverb sense, and SemperBlotto seems to usually omit German adverb POS which are identical to an adjective sense.
