@Fay Freak Would you happen to know the etymology? I've checked the Słownik etymologiczny języka polskiego of Brückner but I didn't find anything there. Per utramque cavernam 11:41, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Per utramque cavernam: pospołu (“commonly”, adverb) + -ity, the first part being cognate to Czech pospolu and synonymous to wspólnie, wespół, społem etc., this last one cognate to dialectal Slovene spolom, Kajkavian Serbo-Croatian spȏlum, Ukrainian спо́лом (spólom), from *sъ polъmъ (“with the half”). See Boryś, Wiesław (2005) Słownik etymologiczny języka polskiego, Kraków: Wydawnictwo Literackie. Fay Freak (talk) 13:10, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
