sense #4: Any person or thing which is Awesome

It's possible that this was intended as a statement of /precision/ about someone's skill at doing ____, however, as worded - it's unclear. --Versageek 02:47, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

The def has been changed by an anon user to anyone who is skilled, but still no citations and no references. Rfvfailed. Andrew massyn 17:53, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

Def =

  1. Any person who is extremely accurate or skilled (slang)

Def No 1Edit

Is there a better way of defining 'a sniper' than 'A person who carries the professional title of sniper '? What does it mean anyway? --Thrissel 20:36, 19 November 2010 (UTC)

Definition discussionEdit

Hi, I think my rewritten definition: "# A rifleman who shoots a sniper rifle accurately at long-range from a concealed position" is well supported by many other dictionary definitions, see sniper. The previous three definitions are not the normally used definitions. I look forward to your input. WritersCramp (talk) 19:53, 9 February 2015 (UTC)

Hi, I have reverted, if you want to post a WT:RFV and support the three previous definitions, that is fine. I will discuss at that location. I have advised you of my reasons. WritersCramp (talk) 20:04, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
That's not how RfV works. You should know that by now. DCDuring TALK 21:52, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
