This template uses Module:id-pron to auto-generate pronunciation of Indonesian entries.
Usage edit
Parameters edit
Normally, call this template with no parameters, and it will automatically generate the pronunciation for the page name.
NOTE: The invocation of {{id-IPA}}
should occur on a line by itself. Do not put a bullet mark (*
) before it. The bullet mark is generated by the template.
|1=
- Phonetic respelling of word or phrase. Needed for terms that deviate from Indonesian stress rules (use a macron for the vowel), have E pronounced as /e/ or /ɛ/ (use é or è as hint), or have O pronounced as /ɔ/ (by using Ò in hint e.g. terms and names of Javanese origin).
|bullets=
- Number of bullet marks to place before the generated pronunciation. Defaults to 1.
|pre=
- Text to place before the generated pronunciation, e.g. accent tags.
|post=
- Text to place after the generated pronunciation.

To force the correct pronunciation of an in-word diphthong, add a period after the diphthong
