(I'm actually using LQT to respond to this: that's how strongly I feel about it.) I'm absolutely, 100% with Ruakh on this one. If formatting is the only problem, add {{subst:nolanguage}} and/or {{subst:notenglish}} and/or {{rfc}} and or {{attention|xx}}. Never delete good content! If the user is a newbie, then (a) you can expect bad formatting and (b) he may not return to re-add the content — and we'll be out the content.
