I think that the translations listed as 'Low Saxon' are just certain dialects of Low German, specifically those from Lower Saxony. So you could either add them to the existing list of Low German words, or make a sub-item like we do for Chinese for example. I'm not sure which would be better, but you could ask in the Beer Parlour.

Northern Sami is the most widespread Sami language (and not surprisingly it's the only one with a two-letter code), so people often refer to it as just 'Sami' in the same way that people refer to West Frisian as just 'Frisian'. I looked around and báiski is indeed the Northern Sami word for a gull: w:se:Báiski.
