Russian quotations

Your quotations were very poor standard and formatting - this revision, this revision and this revision - totally unacceptable and require a lot of rework. I have fixed one at не́нависть (nénavistʹ) and reverted the other two we have noticed - pointed out in Talk:ненависть. No. You can't add stuff to the main page and expect someone to fix. If you're having trouble using existing templates as an example, then you shouldn't do it. You can still contribute with something simple, which is in your abilities while you are learning from examples. You have been blocked by Atitarev as you continued to make poorly formatted additions of quotes. If you wish to add quotes once your block expires please look at how the template {{quote-book}} is used in the ненависть entry. 37.110.218.43 11:22, 26 January 2022 (UTC)

I only blocked for three days but I have little hope on improvement after the block expires. They've been adding quotations right next to existing well-formatted ones and after the warning. So, it doesn't seem to be of any help or not mature enough.

@Svartava: Hi. Do we have new misuse cases? Regarding the range block, I don't want to make the decision myself - it should be discussed.
