I may be wrong, but if you place them before a noun, they are technically adjectives. E. g.: body language, blood feud. Danlq (talk) 09:48, 31 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
We call this attributive use of nouns. The definitions should indicate this; my practice is to use “relating to X” when there is no English adjective, so I would define these Kalmyk adjectives as “relating to meat” and “relating to blood”; is that accurate? — Ungoliant (Falai) 10:02, 31 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
