Learning Bulgarian
editHello there, thanks for recently bringing up one of the Bulgarian articles in the Tea room, "октомври"—please, if you see any more potential errors or other confusing entries, make sure to raise them just like this one. I'm sure us Bulgarian editors at times make careless mistakes, and with so few of us, there're often few people to spot the mistake for a long, long time.
I'm very glad to hear you're learning Bulgarian, though! If you ever have whatsoever absolutely any point of confusion, or would like any help with any vocabulary, grammar, etc., I would be more than happy to help. I'm trying to expand the scope of our dictionary right now, and sadly we've got a long way to go before it's truly adequate for learners... I apologise if there's anything missing which ends up troubling you. I am currently also trying to add audio pronunciations for the most essential vocabulary, if that'd be of help, although in your case, I'm sure you're hearing plenty of speech in Bulgaria now anyway.
Best of luck with your learning, and thanks very much for your earlier feedback! Kiril kovachev (talk) 20:29, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Kiril kovachev здрасти! Thanks for your message and your offer of support! I have found Wiktionary very helpful in my learning and appreciate the work that you have all done with the Bulgarian entries, the audio pronunciations will definitely help! I hope that I can usefully contribute and help improve Wiktionary as a resource for other learners of Bulgarian. SimonWikt (talk) 21:03, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
- @SimonWikt Thanks very much for your collaboration, I hope the site's of good use to you :) I just wanted to mention, as I recently said I would be getting to work on pronunciations, editing in common words, etc.: unfortunately, I'm now on holiday for a bit, and so I won't be able to record anything till August; I apologise I couldn't get round to re-recording some of the dodgy audio before then. When I get back I should have plenty of time to get back round to it. Just letting you know in the meantime though! Kiril kovachev (talk) 20:44, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
- @Kiril kovachev няма проблем. Have a good holiday.

editThank you for contributing Bulgarian entries! I hope you don't mind me making small edits every now and again. Btw if you ever need help adding etymologies, feel free to ping me - you can add [[User:Chernorizets|Chernorizets]]
to your edit message, and I'll get a notification. I'm not sure if you're able to take advantage of the Bulgarian Etymological Dictionary yet (see {{R:bg:BER}}
), but either way I'd be happy to collab if/when needed.
Cheers,

- Hi @Chernorizets. I don't mind at all! I appreciate it! I keep the entries I add in my watchlist so that I can learn from subsequent changes :) Thanks for the offer of help with etymologies, I normally add an
{{rfe|bg}}
to entries when{{R:bg:RBE}}
and{{R:bg:RBE2}}
don't offer any info. - The Bulgarian Etymological Dictionary is a currently a bit advanced for me! One day, maybe!
- Thanks, SimonWikt (talk) 13:58, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
- @SimonWikt actually
{{rfe|bg}}
is a good idea - I need to get on top of that list :) Keep doing that - that works! Chernorizets (talk) 23:36, 13 November 2023 (UTC)

Hello. You have removed a bunch of other usage examples in your edit. Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 23:32, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Atitarev Hi. Yes. My intention was to remove the perfective examples (as this is an entry for an imperfective verb), but it looks like I took out one too many :( I've put it back.
- Thanks
