連用形 (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 仕組む (shikumu), from 仕 (shi, 連用形 (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb する (“to do”)) + 組む (kumu, “to assemble”)
