1. to wash, shampoo, bathe (especially hair)

   Θα λούσεις τα μαλλιά σου;

2. to soak, bathe (in liquids like sweat, blood, etc)

   Λούζομαι στον ιδρώτα.

   Loúzomai ston idróta.

   I am soaked in sweat.

3. (figurative) to bathe in

   Το δωμάτιο λούζεται στο φως.

   To domátio loúzetai sto fos.

   The room is bathed in light.

4. (figurative) to reprimand, tell off; heap abuse on

   Τον έλουσα για καλά μπροστά σ’ όλους.

   Ton élousa gia kalá brostá s’ ólous.

   I told him off in front of everyone.

5. (colloquial, passive voice + accusative) to suffer through (endure someone or something boring or annoying)
