Probably related with a Mongolic source. Wiktionary lists Mongolian түргэн хоол (türgen xool, “fast food”), and lists Mongolian түргэн тусламжийн тэрэг (türgen tuslamžiin tereg, “ambulance”) and Mongolian түргэн (türgen, “quickly”) as translations under their respective English entries.
