  حسین امیرعبداللهیان، وزیر خارجه ایران، در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشت که با وزیر خارجه عراق تلفنی گفت‌وگو کرده و آن‌ها خواستار برگزاری نشست اضطراری سازمان همکاری اسلامی درباره حمله حماس شده‌اند. او در متن خود حمله حماس به اسرائیل را «خودجوش» خواند.

  Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, wrote on the social media site X that he talked by phone with the Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs, and that they requested an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation about Hamas's attack. He said in his post that Hamas's attack on Israel was "by their own initiative".
