Etymology edit

Borrowed from Vietnamese bộ đội. At first they reference the NVA, but after the technical intern trainees policy, many Vietnamese were do crimes make it 60% of Japan crime rate, which is make the word become degoratory. Doublet of 部隊 (butai).
