Usage notes edit
Some speakers use oko for the sense of “eye”, which remains relatively common. In the English edition of Toki Pona: The Language of Good, oko is presented as a synonym of lukin, alongside kin (for a) and namako (for sin). Toki Pona Dictionary notes that the community uses these words differently both before and after the publication of The Language of Good.
