Reconstruction talk:Proto-West Germanic/barō

Posts can get cluttered when people add too many cognates. Lines for readability are absolutely never unnecessary. Djkcel (talk) 14:49, 10 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Djkcel: Yes, when an etymology gets quite long, new lines may become necessary, but in the case of this entry, with one cognate and one akin term, it was unwarranted. New lines should be used prudently.--Victar (talk) 19:09, 10 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Victar, Sokkjo, Mahagaja:
In light of barō being attested in Classical Latin, perhaps this should be moved to Proto-Germanic? Nicodene (talk) 21:27, 22 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Nicodene: West Germanic starts in the 1st century BC at the end of the Jastorf culture. --{{victar|talk}} 06:16, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ah thank you. Nevermind then. Nicodene (talk) 11:27, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
