- Because the person who created the entry forgot- easily fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. By the way: we don't have L1 headers in entries- the language header is L2. Chuck Entz (talk) 05:08, 4 July 2015 (UTC)

- This spelling was reborrowed into Persian, yes. It might still be used today, though the standard practice is to use "emphatic" consonant letters in native Persian words only when helpful to distinguish words, as in صد because of سد. Otherwise, native Persian words are now usually spelt with simple letters, as in تهران versus the formerly common طهران.
