I'm calling it bogus. The definition is a word-for-word unattributed quotation of the allegedly Swenglish definition on page 2 of this PowerPoint presentation. Hits for the word in connection with intellectual property all seem to trace back to links with the Chalmers University of Technology and University of Gothenburg's "Center for Intellectual Property". It looks like Mr. Hermansson invented the definition and is trying to popularize it. P Aculeius (talk) 15:34, 10 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
