Could it be possible to add m/f/p options for replacing {{m|p}}, {{f|p}} and {{m|f|p}} templates after this one? Maybe with just the letters mfp after fr-adj-form like it happens for Template:fr-noun. It would be simpler. Pharamp 17:47, 28 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm not very good with templates (ask Conrad.Irwin) but it would require a switch which would make the pages slower to load. For literally saving about 5 keystrokes, I'd be against it. But only slightly so. Mglovesfun (talk) 17:40, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
The loading time is 100% negligible. — [ R·I·C ] opiaterein21:18, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Yes, but the idea is not of saving 5 keystrokes but of having one autonomous template which doesn't depend on other templates for giving all the information we require. It's just a proposal, I think it could be a good improvement. Pharamp 19:20, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

sidenote: Mglovesfun, don't worry about performance. A couple of extra microseconds does not a mountain make. w:WP:DWAP for more information. Conrad.Irwin 20:02, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
:) :) thanks Conrad!! Pharamp 22:07, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Can I just add that I was totally wrong and this template is much better now. TY. Mglovesfun (talk) 12:45, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
You're welcome!! Conrad, would it be possible to update WT:ACCEL with this change? Thanks! Pharamp 16:45, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
CodeCat removed the gender and number parameters unilaterally. Mglovesfun (talk) 10:56, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
