Hi Μετάknowledge, ok, I just did this because IvanScrooge98 in de.wiktionary wanted to add interwiki links to the entry "Landknecht". By the way, we've implemented a filter in de.wiktionary to prevent such edits. And if you need help removing the old interwiki links, then let me know. Hi Μετάknowledge, take a look at de:Special:AbuseFilter/23 and feel free to copy and adjust for en.wiktionary. The filter 23 allows removing of interwiki links only for sysops and editors and three of our local bots. Some global groups are also allowed to do this, to prevent blocking of them, when reverting vandalism, spam, etc. The filter de:Special:AbuseFilter/21 on the other hand prevents adding interwiki links. IP range block on de.wiktionary

We have received a complaint on OTRS from User:Merkið that a range block which you performed on de.wiktionary has caused this user to be unable to edit. Wide range blocks which last for many years are a very bad idea and often have unintended consequences like this.
