peppergrass (countable and uncountable, plural peppergrasses)

  1. Any of the pungent herbs of the cruciferous genus Lepidium, especially the garden peppergrass, or garden cress, Lepidium sativum; pepperwort.
  2. The common pillwort of Europe (Pilularia globulifera).
