An αντιδάνειο (antidáneio, repatriated loanword).[1] Borrowed from Venetan gazia (compare Italian gaggia), from Late Latin acacia, from Ancient Greek ἀκακία (akakía), from ἀκή (akḗ, point). Doublet of ακακία (akakía).
