Suffix

edit

-'de

  1. Used on nonpast finite verb forms to indicate that the action described by the verb will or must be performed later, after some delay.

Usage notes

edit

This morpheme is properly a clitic rather than a suffix.

Most often used with various imperative markers, -kö, -iye, -'ñojo, -i and -'no, to form a delayed imperative, but also with the nonpast marker -a and future markers -tai and -ta.
