- (dated, obsolete) Deverbal from a-conj. verbs expressing a resultant or a quality induced by a past activity:
- постра́дам (postrádam, “to suffer”) → пострада́вш (postradávš, “having experience a misfortune”) (poetic)
- па́дам (pádam, “to fall”) → па́давш (pádavš, “fallen out of grace”) (poetic, dated)
- колеба́я (kolebája, “to oscillate”) → колеба́вш (kolebávš, “uncertain, fluctuant”) (dated)
- игра́я (igrája, “to play”) → игра́вш (igrávš, “formally playable”) (dated)
- (dated, obsolete) Deverbal from a/j-conj. verbs expressing a resultant or a quality induced by a past activity:
Usage notes edit
In Modern Bulgarian, the derivatives constructed with this suffix are interpreted as normal adjectives. The past active participle construction has been lost.
