رَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ ― rabbaka fakabbir ― Proclaim the greatness of your Lord.
609–632 CE, Qur'an, 36:40:

كُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ ― kullun fī falakin ― each in an orbit
كَبُرَتْ آيَاتُ رَبِّكَ ― kaburat ʔāyātu rabbika ― The words of your Lord are great.
زَوْجٌ عَجُوزٌ ― zawjun ʕajūzun ― an old husband
سر فَلَا كَبَا بِكَ الْفَرَسُ
May your horse not stumble whilst you ride it.
كَمَالُكَ تَحْتَ كَلَامِكَ
kamāluka taḥta kalāmika
Your integrity is beneath your talk.
بَلَحٌ تَعَلَّقَ بِقَلْعَةِ حَلَبَ
balaḥun taʕallaqa biqalʕati ḥalaba
There are dates hanging in the Aleppo Citadel.
دَامَ عَلَاءُ الْعِمَادُ ― dāma ʕalāʔu l-ʕimādu ― The beam lasts and ascends
حِصَانٌ نَاصِحٌ ― ḥiṣānun nāṣiḥun ― a smart horse
بَكْرُ مُعَلَّقٌ بِقِلْعِ مَرْكَبٍ
bakru muʕallaqun biqilʕi markabin
A virgin was hung on the sail of a ship.
مَوَدَّتُهُ تَدُومُ لِكُلِّ هَوْلٍ وَهَلْ كُلٌّ مَوَدَّتُهُ تَدُومُ؟
mawaddatuhū tadūmu likulli hawlin wa-hal kullun mawaddatuhū tadūmu?
His style lasts through all horrors, and does everyone’s style last?
