Appendix:Thai palindromes

This appendix lists palindromes in Thai.

The Thai script does not follow a linear sequence of symbols. Vowels that sound after a consonant can be written before, above, below or around that consonant. Tone and length diacritics occur only above initial consonants. The silent symbol occurs only above a final consonant in a syllable. All these characteristics make written palindromes relatively rare.
