Etymology

From an episode of the The Powerpuff Girls in which Fuzzy Lumpkins expressed discontent to some fellow villians concerning the Powerpuff Girls seeing him naked.

When?

I'm worrying when this word started to get the meaning of being naked? Apparently birthday suit isn't literally mean naked. When I first heard of it, I understood it as the suit people wear when they come to the birthday party.184.97.130.145 02:22, 22 April 2013 (UTC)

I think the meaning is pretty literal. It is the outfit that you wore on the day you were born. And everyone is born naked. —CodeCat 02:42, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
