marks a recipient or beneficiary: for
1. benefactive postposition indicating either recipient or beneficiary ambiguously
  मैंने तुम्हारे लिए यह खाना बनाया है।
  ma͠ine tumhāre lie yah khānā banāyā hai.
  I’ve made this food for you [either to eat or to aid you].

2. marks a beneficiary who is either advantaged or disadvantaged by something
  तुम्हारी सेहत के लिए ख़राब है।
