Wiktionary:Todo/Lists/Template language code does not match header/Excluded templates

This page lists templates for which the first parameter DOES NOT have to match the section's own language code.

For example, it is totally fine to put {{t|fr|...}} in an English translations box, or {{m|en|...}} in a Greek etymology.

Redirects to the following templates are automatically handled. Furthermore, any template redirects in the following list are followed too.

There is a hard-coded exclusion of templates of the form xxx-top, xxx-top3, xxx-top4, xxx-top5 and xxx-bottom where xxx is a valid language code.

Templates of the form xxx-auto (e.g. Special:Search/Template:col-auto I can't link it directly or it will get picked up as an exclusion!) are treated as though xxx is not a language code.

• {{alt-de-ch}} -- listed at RFM to rename to de-alt-ch
