Позво́льте мне я́сно заяви́ть. ― Pozvólʹte mne jásno zajavítʹ. ― Let me be clear. (literally, “Let me state clearly.”)
to afford (often as позволить себе)
(imperative, as an introductory word) excuse (me), sorry, pardon (me) (used to express objection, disagreement or reminding of some fact)
