From the phrase 厲害了我的國／厉害了我的国 (“My country is just awesome”) commonly used on mainland Chinese forums that praises the People's Republic of China but is ridiculed by its detractors, from the title of a 2018 documentary Amazing China (《厲害了，我的國》／《厉害了，我的国》), produced by China Central Television (CCTV).
