There seem to be a good number of hits for the first definition in Google Groups- it's apparently an established subgenre of online porn. I'm skeptical about the second definition. Chuck Entz (talk) 19:50, 19 November 2016 (UTC)

I have cited the first definition.

The first citation is most likely of figurative use. The speaker hardly means that he'd accept help only from those who can lick their dicks. --Hekaheka (talk) 22:16, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
