Etymology edit
Affixed bijaksana + ke- -an, from Malay kebijaksanaan.
- Semantic loan from Javanese ꦮꦶꦕꦏ꧀ꦱꦤ (wicaksana) for the sense of policy, introduced in The Speech of President Sukarno, 28 December 1964 and reached the peak during the Suharto administration.[1]
