Russian vowel-stem, usually masculine nouns, normally ending in -й in the nominative singular and -и in the nominative plural. The stem ends in a vowel other than -и or -і, or -й or -ь and is Zaliznyak's type 6. This is traditionally considered to belong to the 2nd declension.
