   The beef gets uniformly fattened.

Etymology 2

From the Baekje word for castle, a descendant form of which appeared in Middle Korean texts as Middle Korean 잣 (jas, “fortress”). Possibly also related to Ainu チャシ (casi, “fence; enclosure; castle; fortress”).
